-- Warranty will be covered if the product is registered within 30 days from its day of purchase.

-- Physical damage of the product is not covered under warranty.

-- The warranty covers only defaults caused by a manufacturing defect. Please go through the user manual guide properly before using your product. Any damages or defaults caused by the wrong usage of the product will not be covered under warranty, and thus, no refund or replacement will be possible.

-- During usage, if the product becomes defective within the warranty period and if you believe that the default was caused due by a manufacturing defect, then you can message us via the chat option of our website (www.kirandas.com). You would need to provide us a proper explanation of the default, your order number, and photos of the defective product. We will examine the photos, review your message and then determine if the product qualifies for an exchange/refund or not.

- The warranty period will be calculated from the day the product was ordered.

Note:
-- Please ensure to provide us with proper information so that we can process your warranty successfully. The most important information is your Order ID and the Date of Purchase.

-- When you finish your submission, you will immediately receive an email stating that your Warranty was successfully registered. However, while reviewing your information, if we find your 'Order ID' and 'Date of purchase' mismatching our records, we may cancel your warranty and send you a mail-back again (which would usually happen within a period of 7 days). At this time, you would have to again contact us via chat and provide us the correct information, only then can we re-register your warranty.
